Q: How long has Bose's Guns been doing
repair?
A: 38 years
Q: Can we fix all guns?
A: No. With the age of some firearms and lack
of reliable older parts source some guns will just cost to much to repair.
Q: Why should Bose's Guns fix my stock
A: Bose's Guns will always try to save the
original stock if at all possible but in the case we cannot we have
the technology to make the destroyed stock in a pattern for our
duplicator.
Q: How long will the repair take?
A: Most repairs are completed in one two
two hours but our back log is one to two weeks from arrival.
Q: How long will bluing take?
A: Bose's guns tries its best to keep all
rebluing to 3-4 weeks turn around from arrival.
Q: How long will firearm restoration
take?
A: On average 2 months.

Q: Can I ship a handgun to Bose's Guns?
A: All handguns and handgun
frames coming in and going out of Nebraska MUST be shipped/received from
an FFL
Q: Can I ship a long gun to Bose's Guns?
A: Long guns may be shipped by individuals directly
to Bose's Guns and can be returned to the customer directly.
Q: How do I package my gun?
A: Firearms shipped to Bose's Guns should be
packaged in a sturdy enough container to survive harsh shipping and
handling conditions common with most carriers.
Q: How will my Firearm be returned?
A: Firearms being returned to customers will be
packaged by Bose's Guns to ensure safe arrival.
Q: What about Insurance?
A: ALL shipments coming from Bose's Guns will have a
maximum of $1,000.00 insurance.
Q: What if my firearm is worth more than
$1000.00
A: Additional insurance will be at the expense of
the customer.
Q: Where do I ship my firearm to?
A: All handguns and handgun frames coming in and
going out of Nebraska must be shipped from an FFL. Long guns may be
shipped by an individual directly to Bose's Guns. Firearms shipped
directly to Bose's Guns should be packaged in a sturdy enough container to
survive harsh shipping and handling conditions common with most carriers.

Estimates
Q: When will I get may estimate?
A: Customers should expect to hear from Bose's Guns within
one week after the firearm arrives here for evaluation.
Q: What if I don't contact Bose's Guns
after I receive my estimate?
A: If we do not hear from a customer within 30 days
of a written estimate the gun will be returned at Bose's Guns expense.
Q: Do I need a deposit on restorations?
A: Bose's Guns will ask for a deposit when the okay
is given by a customer to proceed with the estimated work. On jobs we
would ask for a deposit of 1/3rd the estimated price.
Q: Are the estimates exact?
A: Under/Over Estimate: Bose's Guns will make every
attempt to include the cost of all the necessary work/repairs in the
initial estimate, however, if any un-foreseen/additional repairs are
needed that were not included in the initial estimate, Bose's Guns will
notify the customer with the additional work and cost.
Q: When will I be notified of of
completion?
A: Bose's Guns will notify the customer by phone
when the project is complete. Payment is due within 30 days of this
notice. If payment is not received in full after the 30-day notice, Bose's
Guns will notify the customer by certified mail that the balance is still
outstanding. Failure to pay the invoice in full within 15 days of
the receipt of the certified letter will result in the gun becoming the
property of Bose's Guns. Bose's Guns has the right to sell the completed
firearm/parts to satisfy the outstanding invoice balance.
Q: How do I mail you my firearm for an estimate?
A: All handguns and handgun frames coming in and
